Jayne Carter –

Started as a fitness instructor
before working through the fitness ranks to gym manager and personal
trainer. Jayne teaches a whole raft of class based activities –
Boxacise, thai-bo, aerobics, step-aerobics etc
Jayne can work with beginners or the
more experienced gym goer, either way you’ll get the result
you want. When she’s not beasting people in the gym, she’s
putting out fires…………..
Amy
Roberts – mophead
Besides having to be married to Darren, Amy is an
experienced personal trainer, SAQ trainer and aerobics instructor.
Amy works with beginners and people who haven’t been to the
gym in some time. As with all Peak Performance trainers, be prepared
to work hard – achieving your fitness goals doesn’t
happen by just thinking about it. She also ‘walks the walk’
in the form of half Ironman distance triathlons.
Sarah Withers – hands of steel
Completed a Sport and Exercise
Science degree at Leeds Metropolitan University, before completing
a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage. She works with
Darren on the Red Bull Honda riders as well as massaging Salford
Reds RLFC.
